Malware, including ransomware and cryptojacking -- the hacking of someone else's computer to mine cryptocurrency -- made up 52% of cybersecurity threats during the first half of 2018, a Webroot report states. But cryptojacking toppled ransomware as the top cybersecurity threat, accounting for 35% of threats.
