A study found 88% of children and adolescents with COVID-19 or multisystem inflammatory syndrome who had neurologic symptoms experienced transient symptoms and survived. The findings, published in JAMA Neurology, were based on data from nearly 1,700 patients and showed the risk of neurological involvement was higher among patients with underlying neurological disorders.
