What the sharing economy can teach health care about trust

Health care is highly regulated but suffers from increasing public mistrust, while the sharing economy is growing in leaps and bounds based on its ability to engender personal trust, writes Jason Brush, who works in user experience design. "To design healthcare systems in which we all can trust, we need to clarify the foundational promise that we make to people, ensure that this promise meets real needs, and craft experiences to keep that promise," Brush writes.
