USDA: Urbanites outpacing rural residents in telehealth adoption

The "Rural Individuals' Telehealth Practices: An Overview" report from the USDA showed that fewer rural people are using telehealth compared with urban residents. The research, which uses 2015 data, found that online health monitoring tools were used by only 1.3% of rural residents and 2.5% of urban residents, and 7% of rural residents and 11% of urban residents employed online health maintenance tools.
