President Donald Trump signed an executive order designed to lower Medicare drug prices by linking prices paid in other countries ("most-favored-nation price"). The executive order replaces an order issued in July, and requires the Secretary of HHS to develop payment models for certain high-cost drugs in Medicare Part B and Part D.
