A study in the Annals of Family Medicine found 59.5% of primary care patients who used the Visit Planner while in the waiting room said they definitely prepared questions for their physician, compared with 45.1% of those who had usual care. Among patients using the Visit Planner, 91.3% said they definitely expressed their top concerns at the beginning of their visit, compared with 83.3% of those not using the tool.
