Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz., appointed to the US Senate to fill the seat of Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., who died last month, said he would vote yes on a bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act. His support may not be enough, however, as two other Republican hold-outs, Sens. Susan Collins of Maine and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, have not changed their minds, and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., has said he will not bring up the ACA before the midterm elections in November.
