Toymaker Mattel has launched a recycling program dubbed Mattel PlayBack designed to keep old plastic toys out of landfills and turn them into new products instead. The program will provide parents with shipping labels so they can send used Barbies, Mega blocks and Matchbox cars back to the company for recycling.
