The $479 million Maryland receives from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act is not enough to fill a $550 million gap in fiscal 2020 transportation revenue, state Transportation Secretary Greg Slater says. He projects a similar drop in revenue for fiscal 2021, which begins in July.
