New York's fiscal 2021 budget adds $175 billion to a previously planned $100 billion for infrastructure, Gov. Andrew Cuomo says. The budget includes a $52 billion capital plan for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, $11.9 billion for a two-year capital plan for the Department of Transportation, $900 million to improve state parks, $355 million to finish an electronic tolling initiative and $300 million to transform the Erie Canal.
