The Atlanta City Council has not yet reached consensus on an incentive package to redevelop the Gulch in downtown Atlanta. Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal urged council members to find a compromise on a deal that could be valued at $1.75 billion and bring much-needed development to the area that now features parking lots and train tracks.
