Royal Caribbean and the Port of Galveston, Texas, have outlined the terms of a deal to build a $100 million, 200,000-square-foot terminal for cruises ships, and the agreement is headed to the Galveston Wharves board of trustees for review. The terminal is expected to open in fall 2021.
