The 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals has removed an injunction forcing the Energy Department to halt plans to discontinue work on the Savannah River Site's Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication Facility in South Carolina. A separate lawsuit filed by the state's attorney general that would require the federal government to proceed with the project is still undecided.
