Abandoned baby flamingos cuddle teddy bears and feather dusters

More than 1,500 abandoned flamingo chicks and unhatched eggs were taken from the drought-stricken Kamfers Dam area in South Africa to bird gardens and zoos, where they will receive veterinary care until they can be returned to the wild. The birds have been given teddy bears and feather dusters to comfort them, each has been microchipped, and they are being fed every four hours.
