A horse in Montgomery County, Md., that was euthanized after showing signs of aggression had rabies, and two other horses exposed to the virus had been vaccinated and received boosters, according to the state Department of Agriculture. Health officials in Maryland and Virginia are contacting people who might have had contact with the horses.
