Ten buffalo at Kenya's Lake Nakuru National Park have died of anthrax infections in the past month, and wildlife veterinarians and park rangers are vaccinating the park's animals to prevent further deaths. People who come in contact with or eat meat or drink milk from an infected animal can also become infected, and the disease is often fatal if untreated.
