Parvovirus-B may be more contagious and more deadly than more common forms, and it is spreading in unvaccinated puppies and dogs in southwestern Ohio, veterinarians say. "[P]lease vaccinate your animals because if they get this, they're not going to make it," said William Coplen, whose animal rescue group has seen two puppies die of parvo infections recently.
