Veterinarians at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston removed buttons that had been stitched to the face of a 7-month-old kitten whose jaw was broken in a fight with the family dog. The kitten "has adapted quickly to the sutures that limit the use of his jaw and, through it all, he's remained an outgoing, playful and really friendly cat," said Victoria Odynsky, with the Massachusetts SPCA.
