Veterinarians in Louisiana managed to save the life of a dog that was burned on more than 70% of her body when hay in her kennel caught on fire from a heat lamp, and the dog, Sadie, has been undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy to improve healing. Now veterinarian Dena Lodato and burn surgeon Nicole Kopari are treating the dog with a regenerative therapy for human burn victims that involves generating cells from a small piece of healthy skin and formulating them into a spray.
