Parks close to shield wildlife from coronavirus

Virunga National Park in the Democratic Republic of Congo along with parks in neighboring Rwanda are closing to tourists to protect endangered mountain gorillas as well as other animals such as chimpanzees that live there from the novel coronavirus circulating among humans. "We know that gorillas are very sensitive to human diseases," said WildlifeDirect CEO Paula Kahumbu.
