Rep. Bradley Byrne, R-Ala., along with 83 other House members, sent a letter to Labor Secretary R. Alexander Acosta requesting a review of the joint-employer policy under the Fair Labor Standards Act. "The FLSA's joint employment requirements need to be modernized and harmonized to limit needless litigation against small businesses," the letter notes.
