Gavin Newsom that would set a higher limit on the amount of recycled glass allowed in making new containers until 2024. "This is a commonsense measure that will reduce the amount of glass that goes into our waste stream, ultimately cutting greenhouse gas emissions," said state Sen. Bill Dodd, D-Napa.
