Canned wine presents several quality issues

At the recent World Bulk Wine Exhibition, much discussion was focused on issues involving canned wine. Ana Diogo Draper, director of winemaking at Napa Valley's Artesa Vineyards & Winery, says some of the potential issues for canned wine include increased acidity, along with copper and sulfur dioxide reacting with aluminum, which can give the wine a rotten egg smell.
