The World Health Organization said Thursday that it's too early to designate the emerging coronavirus spreading in Wuhan, China, as a public health emergency of international concern due to the small number of cases outside the country and the Chinese government's efforts to stop the virus from spreading. "Make no mistake. This is an emergency in China, but it has not yet become a global health emergency," said WHO Director-General, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
