Seventy-five percent of babies who received the meningitis B vaccine Bexsero were protected from infections for two or more years, according to a study in The New England Journal of Medicine. Another study in the same journal showed that while the vaccine was safe among teens, it didn't confer herd protection among those who weren't vaccinated.
