Estee Lauder focus: Attract, retain IT talent

Michael Smith, chief information officer of Estee Lauder, has introduced multiple programs aimed at attracting and retaining IT talent for the beauty industry giant. Among those initiatives were centralizing a technology and innovation hub in Queens. N.Y., introducing an IT Dual Career Path program for management skills and technical expertise development, and adding a Global Reverse Mentorship Program that pairs senior leaders with Generation Z and millennial employees.
