Impossible Burger to hit grocery shelves in Sept.

Impossible Foods will start selling its plant-based Impossible Burgers at retail stores next month, after winning approval from the Food and Drug Administration to use soy leghemoglobin in the product. The brand, which has thus far has only been selling in restaurants, has also signed a deal with global food manufacturer OSI Group to ramp up production.
