A long way to go: Nearly 77% of you have executive teams that are all or mostly men. These results are similar to other studies into the composition of executive teams. Fewer than 6% of CEOs and top executives in corporations are women, and only 23% of the 1,500 largest U.S. public companies have had a top female executive in the past 12 years, according to a recent study from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
