UN DISPATCH: Democratic nominee Barack Obama announced earlier that as president he would commit to ending deaths from Malaria by 2015 Malaria kills 1 million people each year, the vast majority of whom are children under the age of five living in sub-Saharan Africa. The thing is, these deaths are entirely preventable.
