Regardless of which city Amazon chooses for its second headquarters, the retailer should decline tax incentives and invest in that city's local community, a coalition wrote to CEO Jeff Bezos, saying Amazon should "pay [its] fair share if you end up being our neighbor." Amazon did not comment on the letter, which is signed by numerous pro-labor, pro-community and responsible-development advocates, and which includes several civic responsibility requests.
