PepsiCo has set up a 200-person unit in New York City to grow a greater e-commerce segment and to help recover from the loss of market share after the brand focused on healthier options. Finance chief Hugh Johnston said, "We're on a multiyear journey to move people to healthier products, to lower-calorie options. We just got ahead of our skis a little bit."
