Target shoppers in five urban cities, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and San Francisco, will be able to have in-store purchases delivered to their homes for $7 with a service being rolled out this month. "This is really oriented toward the guest who shops in the store but often doesn't have a car or would be taking public transportation," Target spokesman Eddie Baeb said.
