Restaurants across the country are experimenting with new takes on the breakfast sandwich, like the sandwich at Chicago's City Mouse made with hash browns, fried egg, cheese, grape jelly and a sausage patty served on a housemade English muffin. Black Seed Bagels and Huertas in New York City concocted a sandwich made with manzanilla olive cream cheese, black anchovy, white anchovy and piquillo peppers on a garlic bagel.
