The returns process from e-commerce shopping needs to be as seamless for the consumer as possible, and retailers need logistics partners who "do more than move a box," according to Tony Sciarrotta of the Reverse Logistics Association. Providers can help with restocking, custom refurbishing and data gathering to determine why the return happened to begin with.
