Some foreign exchange professionals believe the US dollar will decline against the euro, yen and sterling in part because of the continuing trade war between the US and China and the fact that those currencies are currently undervalued, writes Mayra Rodriguez Valladares. Others believe the dollar will remain strong due to its position as a safe haven currency and the nation's role as an energy exporter, among other reasons.
