The US economy will lose out on $1.2 trillion over the next decade due to a shortage of workers with at least an associate degree, according to an American Action Forum report. All 50 states are on pace to have a shortage of workers with at least a bachelor's degree by 2029, while most states will also have a shortage of workers with associate degrees.
