Impossible Burger generated excitement for its grocery store launch with hosted events in New York and Los Angeles for media influencers, teaser Tweets and by constructing a "grandma's house" in a Los Angeles mall where Chrissy Teigen's mom, Pepper Thai, hosted cooking demos for media and influencers. The media blitz yielded more than 3,000 articles about the grocery launch, and the new challenge is keeping the media interested, says Allison+Partners' Emily Wilson-Sayer.
