Two Publix-anchored shopping centers near Atlanta have been sold. Publix at Acworth and Centre at Panola were 98% and 100% leased, respectively, at the time of sale.

Mishorim-Gold Properties has big plans for The Grove in Wesley Chapel, Fla., which it bought last month for $62.7 million. The developer intends to transform the shopping center into a family-centered dining and entertainment destination with attractions like a children's park, an amphitheater, a microbrewery a family salon, a dueling piano bar and a F45 fitness studio.

Touch Nail Spa in Wesley Chapel, Fla., near Tampa recently expanded to 4,800 square feet and now features 33 pedicure chairs and 30 manicure stations. The facility can host private parties for groups of up to 20.

The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel, Fla., is one of the 10 properties Forest City Realty Trust has sold to QIC. The 642,000-square-foot property is an open-air shopping center.

Three hotels are planned for the growing business sector near Tampa, Fla. Wesley Chapel has seen growth recently, with an outlet mall and a $20 million ice arena, which multiple hotel developers hope to capitalize on. A Hilton Garden Inn has been announced, joining a Holiday Inn Express & Suites and a Fairfield Inn and Suites, both of which are expected to open in the spring.
