Dayanny De La Cruz is the first women ever to fill the role of head chef for the Super Bowl, and the chef says her position -- in which she oversees menus for 167 suites, 25 concession stands and seven restaurants during the game -- demonstrates the opportunities available for people who are willing to work hard. De La Cruz's menus will highlight the tastes of Miami, including Cubano sausages, watermelon salad, ceviche and empanadas.
