Wendy's has staffed up and is ready to roll out its new breakfast menu nationwide on Monday, with the expectation that the morning business will generate 6% to 8% of total sales over the next year, executives said. The chain's fourth attempt at building a breakfast business involved working with franchisees to craft a menu that works with existing operations and didn't require investing in new equipment.
