Some US restaurants are surviving temporary shutdowns by turning their dining spaces into bodega-like markets selling ingredients that customers can cook at home. Dog Haus Worldwide is selling hot dogs, tater tots and other items at units around the country; some Texas Roadhouse restaurants are selling steak, potatoes and seasoning; and Farmers Restaurant Group in Washington, D.C., is now "Founding Farmers Market + Grocery."
