The Trump administration and Senate leaders struck a deal early Wednesday morning on a $2 trillion stimulus package aimed at combating the economic damage from the coronavirus pandemic. The deal includes $250 billion for direct payments to individuals and families, $350 billion in small-business loans, $250 billion for unemployment benefits and $500 billion in loans for distressed organizations.
