Hershey takes the top spot for the consumer packaged goods brand that best emotionally connects with consumers, according to the Brand Intimacy 2020 Study by marketing agency MBLM. Kellogg, Ben & Jerry's, Nestle and Campbell Soup complete the top five, as "consumers are taking solace in the foods of their childhood" during the pandemic, according to Mario Natarelli, managing partner at MBLM.
