Kraft Heinz plans to grow sales internationally by launching more direct-to-consumer sites, which have proven successful in markets such as Italy and the UK, and by focusing on emerging markets including China, Brazil and Russia, said Rafael "Rafa" Oliveira, International Zone president. Product launches driven by local taste preferences will serve as the primary driver for this growth, added Oliveira, noting "we can use our scale as a big company with the agility of our local presence."
