A Virginia school district has discovered the "secret sauce" to serving meals to students during a pandemic, says Adam Russo, school food and nutrition services director at Prince William County Public Schools. Russo says he considers the district the "biggest restaurant chain in the county," with an approach he has shared with other districts, as it distributes 70,000 gallons of milk and 125 tons of food each week in grocery kits to students.
