Consumer packaged goods companies such as Hershey and Mondelez are starting to reopen the workplace to office workers, with Mondelez even offering to cover the cost of the COVID-19 vaccine to encourage employees to return and General Mills and Clorox planning dates to return to their offices in May and July, respectively. "It won't be the same office experience as it was pre-COVID, and we will adjust our timing and pace dependent on the conditions surrounding the pandemic and the distribution of the vaccine," said Kirsten Marriner, Clorox's chief people and corporate affairs officer.
