Kellogg is expanding market share gained during the pandemic by deploying machine learning and enhanced data analytics to increasingly personalize its marketing, said Monica McGurk, chief growth officer. Kellogg's Family Rewards loyalty program and point-of-sale and other analytics platforms have widened its data collection net, while machine learning has allowed for real-time adjustments to e-commerce promotion and product placement, McGurk added.
