Kroger's leaders are crunching the numbers to determine the latest directions in shopping behavior as the pandemic becomes less of a factor for many customers. Kroger CEO Rodney McMullen said initial indications are that people will continue cooking at home and seeking out better-for-you and premium products, adding, "Whether customer habits are returning, hardening or emerging, we will continue to meet the customer where they are and use our data science expertise to be where they are going."
