- Fla. measures aim to ease time frame on LTCI marketing efforts
Long-term-care insurers could find their marketing efforts streamlined in Florida. Bills in the House and Senate would allow carriers to file LTCI marketing materials with regulators and use the materials immediately, instead of waiting at least 30 days for approval as is currently required. Regulators would be able to later reject any marketing materials found to be problematic. National Underwriter Life & Health
