The Barton 1792 distillery in Kentucky experienced a spill this week that allowed 120,000 gallons of mash to leak out of tanks. Workers built a temporary barrier to prevent the spill from flowing into a nearby stream.

Pilot enjoys Dream Flight in a Stearman, is honored with FAA Master Pilot award

Barton "Bart" Welsh has been honored with the Federal Aviation Administration's Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award for 50-plus years and more than 6,000 hours of safe flying. Welsh recently enjoyed a flight in a Stearman courtesy of the Ageless Aviation Dreams Foundation.
